What does digital mastering cost?

How long is a piece of string? Our rates are $50 an hour. This works out to be about $350au - $500au an album. Single tracks take somewhere from 1 to 3 hours depending on what needs to be done. The collective tracks of an album recorded and engineered at the same studio will probably have similar sonic balance and will probably require less time to master the individual tracks.

Any special out board equipment that we don't have would also have a hire fee on top, but this would be discussed before hand.
